Yes I am going the blackout look. Got all the black badges from the US and the decklid from newtakeoff.
Nice mate! I've already got the GT deck lid from new takeoff as well.

I'll be going with the blackout look. Still deciding If I'll have a matte rear pony or GT badge. Having a blank rear deck lid doesnt do it for me personally.
If I plan on sticking with stock wheels I'll do the black wheel nuts too. Got plenty of time to think about it since I'm not expecting mine till Nov.

I am considering the side badges for my competition orange GT when it arrives. I think the black out look will look good on a competition orange car.

Just the side badges? I was considering just the side badges but wasn't sure if it would look weird with the front and rear in chrome. Definitely think the blackout looks good on CO.

cool, as long as they are the bulge type they will be right  I just went for the locknut style
Yep they fit fine. These are basically gorillas ripoff of the factory nuts but in black.

Managed to find someone who had changed their ruby red over to black emblems. Wow does it look good. Makes it look mean. Especially once he finished and added the black wheel nuts. Hmm finding it hard to resist. I do love the look of the chrome running pony though.. Says brightly and boldly that this is a mustang.

P.s. The US style bottom grille looks soooo much better than ours. Glad I've already got one of those ready to put on.

The black wheels on the side make the side badges stand out whereas the black grill and black rear section look better with chrome badges (my preference anyway).

Yeh fair enough. I am considering doing that. Other reason I just thought of was the fact I am getting a magnaflow street exhaust. No option for black tips with the street so I will have large chrome tips coming out.. Hmm decisions.

Looks great bobsp12. Did you buy a kit or black them out yourself?

I personally think black out is the only way to go. I totally love the look.
I've ordered shadow black, but I will be blacking out anything that isn't black already :D. Though I'm changing the colour of the car so the black out should stand out.
