Black looks better in natural lighting and in person. The body lines look more hidden when under a lot of spotlights because you see a lot of bright light reflections on the car.

Black gets dirty easier than other colors and dirty spots are more visible but when it's clean it's the best looking color I think, especially on a cloudy day when you see cloud reflections on the body. Another thing I like about black on this car is that it contrasts very well with the tail lamps, making them pop more.

Bump for Black.

While I don't really want another black car, I would really like to see some more pictures of this car in black. And maybe a video as well. Personally I think Black is the only color in which the s197 looks better than the 550. Especially the 2013 Shelby in fords commercial. If we can see some really flattering pictures in black, maybe it can sway me to buy another black car.

Wow, it's funny how something can look entirely different in real life or a video as opposed to a picture.

I always thought those were the least attractive wheels being offered when looking at pictures but in the video, you can see the size of them and they look really good to me especially on the black.

My neighbor just got a new black F-150 a few months ago. He loved the color during the first month, now he regrets getting black. He showed me all the spider webbing swirls and numerous white dots on the front edge of the hood from road pebbles/rocks...not to mention it always looks dirty and dusty after just a few hours of being detailed!!!

Don't get me wrong...Black does look really impressive when its freshly detailed and clean, however just one night of being parked outdoors in the morning dew then driving away just mixes all the dust and dirt on the surface, what a mess !!! Not to mention after driving in the rain all day it looks sorta grey after that. I will never own a black car !!! hahah. I don't even want to mention all the dreaded road rocks that leave all those white spots on the paint. How horrific that will look on the front end of the s550. Unless Ford has an all new chip resistant paint now.

Those pics look good, although wow, the black color really does hide and obscure all of the new stunning body lines and contours of the s550.

Take a look around at a black car thats just a year or two old...you all know what I'm taking about !!! Its hard though when you are walking around in the showroom and you're staring at that black clean and shiny car on display.

^^^^^ THIS ^^^^^

Black Is Such a PITA to Maintain, Any Dark Color Actually. I will NEVER Own Another Dark Colored Car for the Reasons Mentioned Above.

"Nice" Euro- specs... Would like to see a photoshop of this pic in Race Red and Magnetic as well by ChrisVr6 (or anyone so skilled with PS!).

This is what we will get here, and would be many helpful to decide on color before ordering.
