BLACK S550 MUSTANG Thread

This is the first Mustang that I don't like black on. It hides everything.

I'm just gonna go ahead and quote this guy right here and say I agree completely.

the 2011-2014 Mustangs look great in black, even in pictures, but for some reason the s550 doesn't give me that same appeal in black, Again at least in pictures. It's pretty much my least favorite color for the s550 while for the s197 it would be near the top :shrug:

I by no means really dislike any of the colors, except CO i really don't like CO at all

IMO Colors the Standard S550 looks best in; in their most favorable lighting and in GT PP packaging: First two are pretty much a tie.

I do expect my order of favorites to change once I see them in person. I rather expect Black to move up a couple spots once I see them in person.

Yea probably once I see them in person my opinion on black will change for the better but I really don't see it surpassing Magnetic. To me it looks just that good.

I came in here to talk about how I love black cars, but others are in here to bash the color as if non-black paint is god's gift to men.
Do I care if my black car has swirls or gets dirty easily? no, not really. All cars will get dirty and show swirl marks. Hell~ go get it repainted after 7-10 years if you're really anal about the paint of your car. Paint is there to be messed up to protect the sheet metal underneath. Paint messing up? I say it's doing it's job. Paint is probably the last thing I care about my cars as long as they're mechanically sound. I like Black cars. We all know the pain/headache of trying to keep a black car clean, so I don't try. I take my black cars to be professionally detailed once or twice a year. That seems to be working plenty good on my other black cars. To each his own.

Not to Mention that They're HOT AS HELL here in Sunny Florida. I'll take Silver, White, or Yellow Any Day over any Dark Color. Not only that I Like to see the Contrast of the Black Trim.
