Yes. When he was 6 months old he jumped onto the back wheel of my Harley VRod as I was putting it away and his leg went down into the brake caliper. They tried to save the leg but he was so tiny that the leg had no meat on it and they couldn't maintain blood pressure in the leg and it basically died so they had to amputate it. I had nightmares for months but honestly he gets around great. He can jump up onto the sofa etc and even came up with his own pivot move when he is playing with other dogs. They can never catch him.
I am blessed to have such a loyal companion
