Like a lot of folks on here, I had a desire to rid myself of the amber look from my front marker lights so I went in search of LED's. At first I saw the DD set that CJPP has but I didn't want to spend that much $$ on two pairs of bulbs...especially considering one pair is 194 bulbs which are tiny.

I decided to look on eBay and Amazon in order to get what I wanted and eventually bought a set off of eBay. They didn't work. It wasn't the sellers fault, it was mine for believing that the bulbs were 3157 as Bill said in the CJPP video but they're really 7443 bulbs which have a different socket but similar bulb. They look like they'll do great in a car that accepts those, but alas the stang is still riding dirty.

I just ordered these from Amazon since the 194 bulbs I got from eBay did work for those two spots. Morimoto 7443 Switchback XB White/Amber LED Bulb https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XA3EZSC/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_asV0vbKJY6VME

I've used morimoto before doing retrofit lights and also HID replacements, they're top quality IMO and once they arrive I'll post up my results. They're a brand I know, and trust above these newer unlabeled bulbs.

Maybe Ive gotten lucky.........the newer DD ones I received, even though they sent an email out about those too stating issues were being reported, have been working flawlessly so far

They work great, look great, and now my blinker sounds like a horse trot. Definitely recommend. I've also got an eBay set coming in that I'm going to try.

I don't know if it's just the picture, but they aren't very bright, compared to diode dynamics. would you agree?

You'll notice nowhere did I say anything about the DD problems. These are just another option for those not looking to spend $70-$80 on 4 bulbs...

I'm glad you've had no issues with them, others haven't been so lucky.

I'm all for cheaper, but I've had to many cheap LEDs fail in less than 3 months... Sometimes paying more is worth it, but if your option lasts, then awesome!

What are you using for the sidemarkers in this pic? The Switchbacks look great, I have the DD ones right now, but one keeps flickering and going out. And my sidemarkers don't match perfectly, so I agree for $60-75 I'd imagine higher quality, but looking at alternatives after receiving their email.

Did they fit in the socket tightly? I ordered some of eBay a while ago and they just fell out of the socket.
