Not close at all, unless ur 10+ feet away. The DRL have a yellow-ish hue to them (maybe due to the diffuser). The 5500K HIDs I run on my Escalade match the same color output on the Mustang's DRLs.

But I'm happy with the color match between the switchback and the factory LED fog.
I figured. Even 10+ft is no match since mine are dam near blue lights lol. It is fairly close to the fogs though which I forgot to mention earlier. I'm still happy, better then ugly orange :headbang:

Alright, pulled the trigger on the Yorkim 194 pack and the "JDM ASTAR" switchbacks.

Switchback link for those looking:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RV4BOGM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

There's a few cheaper sets on amazon, but why bother on unreviewed products to save 10 bucks..
i got these and they work perfect:

http://www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-60-SM...id=1454446667&sr=1-8&keywords=7444+switchback

Tons of light output with all the led's.

After you receive/install them, I would greatly appreciate seeing your thoughts on them. I am debating ordering the same ones. Thanks!
Those are the previous versions. The newest have been redesigned. I offer them if anyone is interested. Inbox me.

Probably THE best mod to date as far as cost:benefit ratio.
15 minute install - pull back wheel liner, remove, install. boom.

Again, the ones I ordered:

Thoughts:

The headlight output is a little more warm in color than the cool light of the LEDs, but it's nothing I'll think twice about again. It looks drastically better than the amber bulbs. It does create the pony "trot" sound inside, but I kind of like it haha. It's definitely not annoying, just different. I see it as a feature ;)

As far as bulb socket size and correct fitment, both LED bulbs fit perfectly snug. I don't foresee any problems with them coming out and I didn't use any electrical tape or otherwise alter fitment.

I'm 100% satisfied. I respect DD and the work they do, but this is a way better option.

New - turn signal on

Wow! Looks great! I am going to pull the trigger on those same ones based on the photos and your experience. Thank you for sharing!

Do I have to purchase 2 7444 LED bulbs for both sides, which is a total a four? If so, which bulbs you recommend. Thanks
