Best Street/Track tire

I bought a set of Race Stars and am trying to find the best strip tire with also a little street use here and there.

Cant decide between 26" or 28", 275 or 305...

Wheels are 17x9,5

Thought or suggestions? I was looking into MT's so far but still on the fence.

Curious what others are running and your thoughts on that setup.
