Best cost effective diff bushing replacement?

How about your sway bar end links? I wanna say the torque spec on those is 59 ft-lbs. If they’re not tight enough, they can cause a clunking sound.
Yeah but those are more like constant clunking right? That’s how my fronts were.

My rear clunk sounds like a singular clunk, or like someone kicked the underside of my car in the spare wheel area. It doesn’t sound like swaybar links.

Yes, that should be more of a consistent clung. There are just so many things to check. Hopefully your mechanic will find the smoking gun this time around.

They never noticed the differential bushings. I just had told them about it. To be fair I don’t think they’re super noticeable unless you’re looking for them.

I’m having them check the carrier bearing for the DS as well bc it obviously has to be dropped to do the job. Hopefully that isn’t too expensive to replace.
