Hello all,

Im soon to be a new owner of a 2018 gt350.

Looking for a dealer located in the bay area that I can trust taking my car to for routine maintenance.

base on my research, so far I got Walnut Creek Ford and Morgan Hill.

Any other inputs are greatly appreciated.

Walnut creek is the best. They take care of my car. Not a normal one :) they have no problem and they are good. Talk to Tim the manager. Say Alessandro sent you :)

Have heard a number of referrals for Walnut Creek for the GT350s. I've been taking my F350 there so far (just picked the GT350 up) and have been happy with them.

I agree with @Flyhalf

I took mine there for transmission issues based on Ale's recommendation and my car has been great ever since. One thing to note, IF your car stays there for a long time like mine did because of the parts shortage, your paint might suffer. Mechanically they did great. Cosmetically, I had some new scratches and door dings 🙁

Still way better than any other dealership experience I've had though so that's a plus!

Apologies in advance for minor hijack but since this is a Bay Area question I thought I'd reach out to see if there are any East Bay GT350s that have done the resonator delete - would love to see / hear one in person as I contemplate the same.

I bought mine recently.

So far, I have only taken it to Capital Ford dealer to help diagnose a clicking from the wheel while turning hard.

They did not address the somewhat "sticky" clutch pedal (said it was in spec, tech didn't talk to me just service advisor).

They fixed the clicking from the wheel, but it took escalating after they initially responded with "cannot reproduce". I had to re-iterate the steps to cause 100% reproduction over the phone (to be fair you do have to turn quite hard, need an off ramp circle or similar).

There was a new stain on the passenger seat when I got it back, but it lifted easily when I got the car home.

I'm out in Livermore and did my resonator delete at Livermore Muffler a few days after I bought my car. 5 and a half years later and I'm still loving it with absolutely 0 regrets. Send me a private message and I'll be more than happy to let you hear mine.

I took mine to Walnut Creek based on the reviews. Customer service there was awesome, top notch. When I got back home I saw oil on my garage floor. Took it back and it ended up just being residual oil just needing to be cleaned up. Freaked me out at first, but glad it was nothing big. But that drive for me is a killer. I live 40 minutes south, so am considering San Leandro Ford for my next service since one of the service guys I just met there used to have a 350 himself.
