Hey guys...new to the forum. I've had my silver s550 since July. I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of M350 wheels. Are there any shops in and around the BR area that y'all trust to mount and balance your wheels without causing damage? This is my first sports/muscle car since the late 80's so I've been "out of the loop" for a while.

Welcome, while they are not in BR, Express Auto Salon in Kenner might be able to help you out. They work on high end cars and deal with expensive rims.

My buddy works at skid marks on highway 621 in Prairieville. I bring it to him. He's always been reliable to have them done right (he's service writer). Go talk to spark plug. Tell him Joey (the dude with the grey Shelby) told you about him.

I'm also going with gloss black. I want to do 305 35 19 on the rear but the tire options appear to be limited.

You will find mostly drags at that size but I believe you can find INVOs in that size.

So for Cars and Coffee on the 16th, it's located at CC's on Burbank Dr. and is from 8am to 11am. We will be meeting up at Albertson's on 2950 College Dr. to cruise over there. If you are in the NOLA area, there will be a few of us meeting up at Target on Clearview and Veterans at about 6-610 to head up to BR. Anyone interested is welcome to join us.

So I just bought a new set of rims and wheels and will be selling mine. I haven't posted them yet in the classifieds section because I wanted to give someone local a chance to buy them first. They are Black AMR's 19 x 8.5's and 19 x 10's sitting on Nitto INVO's, 255 in the front and 285 in the rear. The tires have about 3,500 miles on them and the rims have TPMS. I will let them go locally for $1,000 FIRM. The tires alone brand new cost this much. There are pics of them in my build thread and if you are going to cars and coffee on Saturday they will still be on my car so you can check them out there. PM me if you're interested.
