Base Sync issues

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the following;
a couple days ago listing to music went to advance to the next song and it wouldnt advance, it sounded like I pushed fast forward. Once it fast forwards to the end of the song it will go to the next. The radio works fine. Today I also found out that the controls for the phone arent responding. When I select menu button the system just starts selecting things by itself.
I'm going to try a master rest and see if this works, hopefullt it does as I need to install sync updates.

Mine did it the other day when it connected to my phone to play MP3s right before I swapped over to Pandora.

I really only have an issue with really slow response times. Press the voice command, 5 seconds later, "say a command". Just seems way to slow for what it should be. My roommates 2013 F150 with the base sync, has issues with the fwd/rwd buttons sticking and forwarding through a song until he taps the button a few times. Pretty annoying
