should of ran the numbers before talking. seems like ecoboost premium with the options id like is pretty much in gt territory. guess ill have the settle with a base eco with PP. guess this means ill have some money for mods

Performance package is a bargain for the parts included. Premium package you're paying 4k for leather, a different bumper and MyFordTouch which, to be honest, is not one of the better infotainment systems on the market.

Spend a grand on aftermarket leather, plasti-dip the rear bumper and you'll have saved a ton of cash.

the problem is that you cant switch the Oem head unit. so in the end you are stuck with a small useless screen?

Premium vs. Base really shouldnt be a thing you need to be talked in to. You should just set aside some time to go to your dealer and sit in a base car and a premium (doesnt matter if it is eco or GT). Then you will be able to feel the differences and make a decision at that point.

Of course those of us that orders premium are going to tell you that it is 100% worth it - and those of us that ordered a base are going to tell you it isn't worth it.

im having a tough time finding a dealer with a base ecoboost on the lot. most of the cars they have are fully loaded. thanks for the help guys. just trying to make this purchase not a regrettable one as far as options go. ill be going to visit some dealers this monday coming up.

Since the v6 doesn't have a premium option look at a v6.
