So I have a base EB, picked up a few weeks ago. I've been scouring the pages for days and weeks now. I bought the base knowing I'd be upgrading and it's replacing a commuter, hence the EB vs 5.0. I'm actually surprised at just how bad the front end is. I was going to focus a little bit on tune and getting the motor where I want but I have to fix this suspension first and of course I'm on a budget.

I'm a Baja off roader and know suspension well. I don't have PP so it all has to go. I don't want to lose my daily comfort to too much but I expect to firm it up a good bit. Sway bars and all are in the future but I was going to go springs them wait till later. But, with a non-PP, I have to do more. I want a road machine that has precision, having been mostly in German sporty cars previously and I also don't want to lower too much.

I'm mostly leaning towards going full frpp track, just based on what you get for the money being a complete ready to go kit and I like the even drop. I was also thinking of the handling springs from bmr, the 083s but with those I need shocks/struts. The frpp shock/strut is nearly 600 and with the price of springs, its close to getting the full frpp track and I still need the sways. I def like linear better but since I'm not a full track autox guy, I think the progressive will work fine, although I may start to tinker with autox or something. I worry the performance line from bmr might not be enough, but I haven't been in either. Would the bmr 080s be enough to tame the boat non-PP front end?

Is my reasoning sound? Am I missing something that will be helpful? The dork in me likes the idea of Ford Performance products and I like the even drop. I also like pre assembled parts, just helps my labor time.

Lastly, any reason to consider or not consider the ICS N1s? Main thing there I see is no sways, but I could wait if the product warrants.

Apologize for the long post but I'm tired of mental jerking myself over and over without any experienced advice.

The car is a 2016 DIB and just put on some 19s with a 255/285 combo. Also happily running a Livernois 91 tune with a 95+ xv1 ready to go with the 100+ fuel I have for my desert toys. I will also be doing brakes next.

For a budget, the FR track is quite a good deal. I think the limiting factor here (apart from money) is how much is the maximum drop you can tolerate. If you can go 1" or more, there are plenty of options. For folks that want a minimum drop (and there are lots of us), the options are quite limited. The 'stang is quite low to begin with, I'd like to see more aftermarket options for low drop, there's a significant market for that.

If it wasn't for the 1" drop, the sway design, and progressives, I would have gotten the whole track package. I got only the dampers, which are nice. Because of budget, I didn't want incrementally improve, might as well just try to end up where I wanted to be and maybe a tad more. I ended up getting the GT350R spring and BMR handling rears. If I could afford the 1" drop I would have gotten Steeda linears.

One suggestion is go test drive a PP EB, and see how you like it. If it's about right, you can go ahead and upgrade to PP hardware, maybe with BMR 81/82 or 89/82. If you want it even stiffer, then figure out by how much and if you like to bias more towards the front or rear, and go from there.

FR Track pack plus strut tower brace package is exactly what I did. You cannot beat it for the price. I don't think it is lowered too much.
You may have already looked here but if you want I will try to get you some other pics. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67069

Second thoughts...I did the brakes...Shelby sells them on Ebay. Very happy that don't have to change wheels. Look to spend 280-310. They often sell two pairs at a time, try to win the first pair as whoever loses will bid up the second, I got mine for under 300 but second pair went for 335. You can search the form for Shelby and brakes to find the link.
Also Track Pack is different than Street Pack which is the same as PP. Lots of bounce in the PP from what I understand. The sways on the Track Pack are hefty. Looked bigger than the GT350 for what it is worth. (maybe the only think better on my car haha  )

Thankss for the feedback. My gut tells me the track kit is what I'm wanting in theory, takes care of most of the issues I want to fix, suspension wise and is the right drop for me. I'd rather not have to spend the grand so I can get springs and brakes but I'd rather get the whole package that's tuned together than piece meal it and regret something.

How difficult is the front sway install?

I honestly don't know I had the package installed. Levittown quoted a price of 900 and my dealer matched that ... they were over 1200 before I pulled the Levittown price out. Brakes I had done at local shop. With calipers, rotors, bleeding the lines(I changed fluid type, and stainless brake lines it was 400.

Hood struts and motor struts I did myself the rest is well beyond me.

900 for what, parts? or was that their labor charge?

That was the labor charge for the whole track pack. Not the worst price, I have seen others with less. It is a pretty lengthy install.
