Let me put it this way, the clutch spring basically simulates a 'biting point' when it is being compressed the most (when you push the pedal in around 80%), which might or might not actually be at the same location as the actual biting point. A stiffer spring (stock) makes the fake biting point more obvious, while a very soft spring eliminates the fake biting point, making the process linear.I was doing some research on the MGW, but came across this... what does the steeda spring do for you?
Just take off the spring for a couple days and see if you like it as it will feel pretty much the same as steeda spring. The main purpose of the steeda spring is to ensure that the pedal will return to its original position.
