What about export Mustangs? The Euro GT versions have less HP, only 410 HP. Can they be tuned too? The gains would be massive!

Yep, to meet EURO 6 emission regulations. But it´s just software. If Bama had tunes for european mustangs they could sell a lot of those tuners over here!

It's not the tuners like BAMA or Lund that determine what access they have, but rather the manufacturers of the actual tuning devices they use like SCT, Diablosport, and Hypertech

Bama is. That's why I directed the question towards them, as they are doing the actual tuning.

I've never really dealt with handheld tuners like the 3 mentioned. I come from fel-pro/speed-pro/fast and bs3. Was curious as to what they could touch

For just basic mods like CAI and exhaust, is it worth it to go for a full custom dyno tune at AED? I know that Shaun knows his stuff, and I definitely want a safe tune for our shitty 91 we get here in CA. Is it worth the extra $450 with just basic mods, or go with a bama?

Nothing beats a custom dyno tune for your specific car. That being said for basic mods, mail order tunes are generally safe and will put a smile on your face.

The nice thing about the 2015 platform (and any Mustang 2011+) is that we can actually dial it in perfectly without the use of a dyno. We can (in a real world environment) monitor air/fuel ratio, timing advance, variable cam timing and all of the other important workings of the tune to make sure that it's spot on for your combination.

Bama will send you out a fully custom tune built for your modifications and then you can work with their team to datalog and make sure that it's spot on! If there are any tweaks that can be done to increase power or driveability for you, they'll hook it up!
