Got the Baer front drag set-up to drop some more weight. OEM rotor is 28.8lbs, the Baer is 14.4lbs. Haven’t weighed the caliper yet but the total savings should be over 45lbs.

Darn near 100 lbs on all four corners. With no e-brake that is. Definitely look tiny compared to factory!

I should lose between 42 to 46lbs just with the fronts. Baer makes 2 versions of the drag kit, the other kit is actually lighter then the one I have(it has a even lighter rotor). My GT is a base A10.

Thanks for the info. I’ll have to look into those .. how was the install of the calipers and bleeding of the brakes.

Haven’t finished yet. I’m pairing it with the JPC Racing line-lock kit and I’m waiting on correct banjo bolts.

All 4 cut 91lbs off my GT brakes. They feel great and stop PLENTY hard. Just not something you want to do repetitively. I'm using the drag pads up front. They get very dusty quick. I'm OK with that though.

Same weight savings on my '18 - runnin' Hawk pads on the front of mine though, Baer drag pads on rear.

Def need a parachute with drag brakes over 160. Those things would go up in smoke.

Those not as good as the baer I assume?
On the contrary, they are high quality components but are for drag racing use only and on cars under 3200 lbs. Four piston calipers, rotors are 10.25 dia. & 5/16ths thick - but they do use Hawk pads so that's a plus! I would definitely want a chute if I were hitting high top end speeds!
