you're thinking of california. i think they have a 6 dildo requirement per oriface over there.
In Cali they don’t have to identify with their orafice though.

I voted C7 Z51. I'd say sell the Mustang now but wait a while before buying the Corvette. Hopefully prices will come down soon. Make sure you fit in the Corvette though. The cabin is a lot smaller than the Mustang. I don't have enough headroom in them.

None of the cars you listed are going to be any better than an S550 in terms of cost to own or potential issues. I've owned 8 BMWs, and I am always floored by how much less expensive Mustang parts are. Even doing all my own work, the BMW's are hard to keep up with.

IMO, get a Camaro SS 1LE if you want something that's 'the same but better'. I thought seriously about the Camaro, but I just can't get over the lack of visibility. I know it's not an issue for some people, but I'm not one of them.

You look okay in the Camaro until you rest your arm on the window sill. Then you have a chicken wing

I'd go A90 Supra over the C7 Vette simply because the C7 is so common, unless you can go C7 Z06 - then that's a no brainer IMO. I just bought a new 2022 Supra 3.0 to sit alongside my '21 ZL1 (the Supra is in transit now, so it's not in my possession yet). I chose it over a "regular" used C7. It's not nearly as fast as my ZL1, of course, but the Supra only weighs about 3,300 lbs, which is a plus for a track car, compared to the 3,800+ lbs S550 GT you're used to. If you go Supra, go '21+, because it has the upgraded engine and suspension/damper tuning, as well as updated steering.

A 6th gen Camaro SS 1LE would check all your performance boxes. Quicker than a stock Gen 2 Coyote Mustang GT, much better handling, chassis, and steering, and it's ~100 lbs lighter. I know, the visibility. At least don't rule it out unless you have actually driven one.

If you Are under 5’6” I wouldn’t even recommend driving one unless you want to feel short(er)
