Backup camera not working/ camera unavailable message

Taking an existing camera off and reinstalling it doesn't require programming. Replacing it with a new one often does. At least they called you before overwriting it.

I could see them resetting the BCM, but the PCM?? Whatever. I just need to reach out to my buddy and get the PCM re-flashed after they perform the recall.
