I'm 5'11" and 340# I got back there to clean the windows. it was difficult. I could not sit straight. I needed abut 2" more head room. If you are under 5'8" it would be OK for short trips, but claustrophobic. My 4'7" Mother in law is comfortable on the passenger side rear, but she is 90#.
