B/U camera, BLIS, cross traffic fault......

When I start the car I get these warnings:

• Blindspot system fault

• Cross traffic system fault

And my backup camera does not work. I am checking fuses and wiring in the Chilton's manual. Wondering if anyone else has gone down this road before.

Fuse #66 was blown and when I replace it, it blows immediately.All those systems are on this fuse. So my next step is to check the wiring in the trunk which I found on a thread can be a problem. It appears I have a short somewhere.

Fuse #66 has this on it:

• Rear window defrost relay,
• Proximity warning radar unit,
• Head UpDisplay (HUD) module,
• Rear parking aid camera,
• Side ObstacleDetection Control Modules

Did you ever track down the source? I just started having the same issues and i replaced the fuse this morning. Same as you, it blew the fuse immediately...

After getting your question, and looking at the reply from Bikeman315, I looked more closely at the wires and I'm going to attach pictures of what I found. Once I got the wires repaired everything works again.

Two wires on the left with green shrink tube have already been repaired and were fully broken.
