I sorta like the idea of cat back so I can go back to stock in the future if my tastes change (unlikely, I know!)
Yeah good idea...I bought the AB's for some nice cheap noise but still may go a full catback if the mod bug bites.

I reckon it's got some rasp to it now at high rpm. It was super deep before, now it's more high pitched. There were a couple of times at the last cruise when I was driving behind you and I thought to myself "now it's got that signature raspy coyote note", especially when you gunned it from a stop.

I really like the sound, liked it before too. It's cool how much it has changed with headers.
Yeah it's definitely more high pitched when u r up it. It does sound different when its cold. It "slaps" a bit but only for a few mins which im glad about. I didn't really get to give it a proper go on the cruise so you should definitely hear it again coz inside the car i can't hear rasp just a note which screams power. I'm really curious how its going to sound with the blower

Yeah seems to be more of the car design, they're pretty well insulated which makes the exhaust sound deeper. Mine sounds quite deep(ish) from the inside, but I know it's raspy & loud as hell from the outside.

Mate I can't wait to hear how it sounds with the blower! :headbang:

You'll just have to do some drive by's for me while I film and hear it from the outside :-)

Mwizz is that the active or the passive? I am seriously considering this too and would love feedback as to how noisy etc...

Hi Mark, they're a "pr*ck" to install. Do not cut toooo much out around rear parking sensors! A very fiddly job, a hoist is a big bonus! But i love mine;)

Thanks Mick, I might make contact with you about it if okay. I think a hoist is a definite requirement.

Thanks - I've noticed one of the others said something about needing 1 inch spacers for 'verts, or to take off the rear braces - neither of which sounded like a nice bolt on solution, so it's good to see an alternative! Will check it out properly later
