Aussie Exhausts

Has anyone had experience with Canberra-based "Best Exhaust"? I am interested in the Borla Touring cat back system and their price seems reasonable (after shipping, tax etc).

After a lot of fence sitting I'm thinking the same way, that the borla touring suits me best - you go first and let me know. Please.

I was very Keen on that system (still am) I did receive a couple of Private messages from American owners, all were extremely happy and would 100% choose the Touring again. One had a MF/Street and removed it after a short time going the the Borla Touring and said it was 1000 times better, no drone etc. I don't think you can go wrong.

Not that its probably going to bother most of you, but some of the systems don't fit on the convertibles - looks like the Borla Touring, for example, does not!

Nice deep rumble at idle, awesome roar getting up to speed and then almost non existent at cruise. Exactly what I wanted. So glad I didn't go the competition. This is honestly perfect for me and what I evisaged when I ordered the car.

I think if my axlebacks don't give the sound I'm after I would go the MF Street as well. Please keep us posted regarding any drone. Sound like its a winner so far.

Got the Corsa Sport installed today at Bluepower Racing Developments (VIC)

Sounds great and the guys did an awesome job.

Decent stock power figure according to them as well!

Has anyone heard a Difillipo exhaust on the GT's yet. I see blue power racing developments offer them and say they sound awesome but I can't find any sound clips??? Anyone heard one?

I've had the Magnaflow Street now on the car for four months, and has changed sound, got deeper now that its settled in.

Fitted an Xforce Varex 3 inch SS Exhaust System to my EB 2016 Mustang this last week and I am very satisfied with the sound with the baffles fully open and particularly the ability to reduce the exhaust sound where necessary. Price was $1650 which included fitting. Can anyone tell me the accurate HP increase for this system please.

I know there is a particular exhaust thread but for us Aussies here who is already contemplating what they are getting and from where?

I am getting a cat back system personally made by Lillford exhausts at Maitland (near Newcastle). Removing the resonator, replacing it with an H-pipe. Heaps cheaper than just purchasing a full system from the states and he does a brilliant job.
