Yeh so I am going with the Steeda subframe bushing kit, the BMRcradle lockout kit and BMR vertical links
awesome, should be a good mix to get rid of the wheel hop you're experiencing

Are you guys going to race your Mustangs or something with all these suspension mods? You have to realise that everything you do will make the rear suspension harsher and noisier over bumps. It can make a pleasant car unpleasant. Ok, it will handle better but is it worth it?
Ian.

Thats exactly what I thought. I mean. to each their own and seeing everyone do all different mods will be great to see, but for me personally, every car that I have ever done mods to over time I ended up regretting it to a point down the track. My current XR6 only has an exhaust an CAI done to it and I wish I never got them done. The exhaust is too loud for me and a little droney and the Herrod CAI is vibrating on the body somewhere and it drives me nuts

I do plan on taking my car to a race track and also taking it to the drag strip just once or twice. All my mods mainly focus on fixing what ever problems or issues there are with the car.

So for me these mods are worth it.

Exactly Troy!
I've hillclimbed and drag raced cars with the AHRA and prepared other peoples cars for racing (Oran Park and Warwick Farm) and hillclimbing during the 60's and early 70's very successfully. When you are young you tend to accept the consequences of all the suspension mods, etc, but they become harder to accept on a daily driver the older you get. If you are going to do weekend track work then fair enough. Just think about it.
Ian.

I'd drive the car around for a while and then make an informed decision. Don't rush it. So many of the guys here are buying heaps of stuff and they haven't even got their cars yet, let alone driven them. I know they are excited, but give it time!
Ian.

Thats exactly what I am doing. I won't install the mods until after the first service which is 2 months 3,000km. Worst case scenario is that I just sell some of my parts but I am happy with all my purchases so far bar two (one from a dodgy manufacturer and one that doesn't suit my needs)
