Clear Coat had also failed......any more info on this?
Nothing more to be honest, they aren't very forthcoming with information. But I know that the car didn't not have the white protection.

Okay so I have driven about 400kms now so I will give you some more information about the car.

I filled it up last night with about a quarter of a tank left and it cost me $57 for 98, which isn't too bad so at current price we are looking at about an $80 fill. For those who are concerned about mileage I am sitting on 13.8L/100km which includes highway driving. When I was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic in the city I got as high as 21.9L/100km. I will probably get around 400+km's from a tank.

Now for the power, I was able to open it up a little bit last night and came across a car I was looking at buying a C63 AMG. Lets just say they were very even but the mustang kept pulling and is quicker within the speed limits of course.

So another thing I have found that I don't like the passenger side mirror is in the wrong position, it should be further front on the car but I am getting used to it slowly.

RICER FLY-BYS:
Wow this is something that happens too much, I have had so many people in their 4 and 6 cylinder cars try and drag race me its almost comical. I have nothing to prove and thats how I drive.

The sat nav does display the speed but I have found that it isn't always correct, I haven't been able to set up any overspeed alerts through the sat nav yet either ivonovi

So if you have any questions just ask!

I had the pleasure of seeing this car in the flesh this morning. Is stunning, the blue really changes color in different light.

Was funny when a kid was trying to pull his phone out and take a picture before the car passed :)

Yeh it did, I haven't launched from a stand still but I could feel it even when I was doing pulls in second/third gear

I would assume so because it's the suspension not the transmission

Nice, it won't eliminate all of the wheel hop but it should reduce it. That's also the most expensive kit to fix it

I read so much different feedback about the Steeda IRS parts on the USA forum. Everything from 'The steeda stuff did the trick' to 'installed some of the steeda parts, still have violent wheel hop'.

It all does its bit to help, but...

I think a decent part of the problem are the stock Pirelli Tyres, they really dont seem to live up to the hype they get on other applications.

This thread is a good read to try and get an idea of what works. The point that keeps coming up is the Tyres. I have read that in really cold temperatures the Pirelli's turn to garbage, so its possible the ones who experienced the worst wheel hop, were in colder states, and we may not experience it to the same extent.

Definitely something to look at if the hop is there though.

I'm going with a bmr/steeda hybrid set up and when I get the mods installed I'll let people know how it goes.
Subframe bushing support kit? Heard good things about the Steeda one, not sure if there are other kits out there.

Also thinking about the BMR vertical links over the $$$ steeda ones
