AU / RHD Puddle Lamp Part number

Hey everyone, my RHD AU mustang which i imported into NZ in 2016 has had the puddle lamps go blurry... (common issue)

Does anyone have the part numbers for out model? It looks like mine have the:
FR3Z-13B374-B & FR3Z-13B374-C from googling the random digits on the stickers, but since mine have power mirrors should i be using the
GR3Z-13B374-B & GR3Z-13B374-C ?
I know when i currently fold the mirrors it looks like the horse is running up the door...

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Just gonna get it through Ford NZ now. $120-140 nzd per lamp.... was hoping to get it online. ah well

My 2016 had both replaced under warranty. It's a shame your's lasted so long so you now pay the penalty. If it was a major cost you would probably be motivated to go to your Fair Trading department.
