I finally installed the ATP DP to my car with Flowmaster Catback. It is so loud. I like it but I don't feel comfortable driving this around because it is loud as hell.

So I am thinking to tone it down a bit but doesnt break the bank. Does anyone here have the same DP with something else that is 3inch all the way through like MBRP or similar?

I've remember someone saying that the MBRP drones bad with a catless DP in another thread.

You could get someone to weld in some resonators.

The mbrp was about the race version. I have the street version which I'll be putting on next week with my catless downpipe. I will report on how it turns out.

My downpipe is getting installed tomorrow with the same catback. No cat, no resonators, straight through mufflers. How much louder did it make it vs. with just the catback?

I didn't think the flowmaster mid pipe was 3" all the way
from what I know it necks down at the connection point between the DP and cat back exhaust???

Just for note
The flowmaster outlaw muffers are some of the loudest out there for the coyote V8. It shouldn't be a surprise that it screams with a 4cylinder with no cats or resonators

It is not 3" all the way. You can see from the connection is a choke point of 2.5". I'm asking if anyone else run a 3 inch all the way with ATP PD because Im thinking to switch to that.

I have the CP-e catless downpipe with the a Magnaflow Street Series style setup and I wish it was a bit louder most days.

My concern is that adding a DP to my competition series may be too loud. That said though, I've grown so used to my exhaust that it doesn't seem loud, unless I really get on it.
