Sorry, I’m sure this is covered multiple times, but searching on my phone at the track is just giving me extraneous results.

Non R GT 350, stock tires, what are you running for pressure?

Is what the supplement says good?

What about setting hot, what pressure then?

Start with 28 PSI cold the adjust as you go to get 32 PSI hot on all four corners. Dashboard readout is handy for this. I did this yesterday and once the tires were warm the dash display said I had 33 PSI on the two LH tires and 32 PSI on the two right tires. In the paddock after the first session, I didn't worry about the actual pressures, I just I took 1 psi out of the two left tires. When I went back out, I had 32 PSI all around for the rest of the morning.

That's way too high. The track supplement says 28psi cold, which should be mid to be high 30s at most. I wouldn't let them get over 40psi hot.

32 hot in my experience is good for this car with PSS.
I start at 28 cold and find that gets me to 32 hot with PSS. But it’s hot here in TX to begin with. Might have to start a bit higher in cooler climates. So the supplement info is a good starting point.

I've found 28 cold to be somewhat dependent on outside temps. If it's 80* or more out, I'll start at 26 or so.

As others have said, 32 seems to be the sweet spot.
