Umm - if you need any help with the first stage of getting those 9 women pregnant let me know and I will do my best to help - just not in a Mustang as I don't think that will be possible (even one at a time...) and definitaly not in the back seats!:shocked:

That being said, I work in the infamous world of project management, so i could probably be babbling about getting 9 women to delivery 1 baby in 1 month instead of 9 babies in 9 months :lol::lol::lol::lol:

pfft, if i had my way a nice Primavera schedule would be produced, resource loaded, constraints added, baselined etc to make sure there would be minimum lag in between each stage!!!

I would PM the sh!t outta the current ford system. Maybe I should apply for a job! :ford:

Crossed my mind as well, I don't think it'd need baselining at all, it just needs efficiency added to it, or looking at options, it's own 'chain'. Obviously analysing we'd need to look at the options (flight/Boat, imports, Time, Cost etc), but, it's so evident it can do better, looks like ford have a trio of 3 here, I think we'll all take a hefty consultation daily fee, plus a gt350R (RHD spec) each to sort their process out, seem fair?

Don't forget the vast majority of Mustangs are being delivered on time or early. So far as Ford is concerned there's nothing to fix.

Don't poop the party, over stating the delivery date just allows them time for mistakes, it's not contingency planning to estimate 6 MONTHS (in my case) over the actual arrival time.

I'm aware for customers own sanity sakes, and just for general pleasure i'd go and fix the process (and pay $$$ lol!).

Once again, look at most other car manufacturers 'just in time' philosophy both for the production AND distribution of vehicles. I'm sure it's all down to cost though.
