Armrest frustrated

I'm trying to replace my armrest cover with the Red line cover, a big problem is I can't find any GOOD information on how to get the lid off the console or how to get bottom covering off to be able to have the plate with cover on it, I have hours and hours on the internet and almost all S550 forums and all I can find is how to get the console off and then there is not a lot if any information at all about getting the lid off, then they show how to install the new cover only. right now the top console is off, them I spent about 5 hours on trying to get the lid off which I was unsuccessful, I am getting desperate and refused to let it bet me I'm at the point of know return. PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP THAT HAS DONE THIS! THANKS

Thanks I found the 4 and 2 screws but can't find the 6 star point screws he is talking about and the CJ Pony video is gone?
