farmun, take any new videos recently?

:headbang:

Soon:cool::D

I'm going home for a week starting next Friday and I'm driving. So I'll have a week to clean my car repeatedly and hopefully record better clips (assuming Spring is here to stay).:headbang::headbang:

Does this fit straight to the ARH headers? I have been looking for an h pipe but all I see are ARH with an x pipe

That's because most of the shops that are running the full ARH exhaust on their cars opted for the x-pipe configuration. You can get the full system with an h-pipe as well. As for connectivity of their headers to their catback, id imagine it's the same deal as with other catbacks, but will defer to ARH as they're active on the forums as well.

ARH will build you whatever you want. They have a few "cookie cutter" setups you can buy, but they will build whatever you want.

If you want to buy headers later to connect to their catback with an H they will make you headers that connect.

Remember, this is not Borla or Magnaflow or some big corporation. They make every order as they come in by hand.

Just to clarify, you will still need to modify as there is a "neck down" portion of this that uses clamps to connect to the OEM lead pipes. You will need to remove the neck down portion and the Bottle neck power of the header system will fit.

I personally like the "long" system. Allows you to go with another axle back if that's what you desire.

I would've gone long system if i hadn't bought another 2 years/24k miles of warranty. Headers are a little too much messing with the engine if something has a problem- O2 sensors, knock etc. A catback is very very hard for any dealer to argue could cause a real problem to deny warranty service.

Really I was more concerned this model year with all of the electronics/tech with something failing than drivetrain/engine etc. My S197 was a 2009 and never once in the shop for warranty/major maintenance and me doing brakes/oil in 55k miles owning it. All of this tech is VERY expensive in this car to fix/replace.

I will be installing this catback on my car pretty soon. I ordered it a week ago from hypermotive.com so it should be shipping soon. Will definitely upload videos after the install. Can't wait to make this car sound like it should.

Installed ARH H-pipe today at Steeda. A bit too windy today to get any video it's washing out any sound. Will try this weekend.

You won't be disappointed with this system. It's super deep and doesn't take more than 2k RPMs to hear it.

Sufficient volume for your tastes?
