Hi folks,
I am using apple CarPlay on my 2107 with sync 3 v2.0 almost every day.
This morning I just connected the phone as usually, it shows car play on my phone but the screen creates an overlapping picture. CarPlay menu is shown in the menu and the normal ford menu is overlapping it. I cannot control CarPlay. I am always controlling the normal ford menu when touching the screen. (Can't switch music on the steering wheel as usual).
In addition I don't see any car play options in the settings any more. Only android auto.
What could it be? Isn't that the case for the 2016 before changing the USB hub? I tried both, front and middle console, so it should not be a hardware mistake. I guess it is two separate USB hubs?
Thanks for any hints. Could try a master reset but want to hear from you first
