Apex Ec-7 Fitment please help

Just picked up a set of 18x10 apex ec-7's. How big of a spacer do I need to have flush fitment on a 285 or 295 tire?
Im running -2 degrees of camber up front and -1.8/-1.9 degrees of camber in the rear.

10mm give or take. With some 285’s, and most 295’s, the tire will stick out further than the wheel will. So it also depends on your definition of flush, and/or what tire you’re using
