If anyone ever has same problem - it holds on to the left side of the radiator (forward looking aft - standing in front of the car) and essentially tries to minimize bypassing the radiator by the air flowing through the grill.

Thanks to Shocker and Bikeman313 in figuring this out.

Funny thing is, yesterday I had my car on my lift and mine was off the radiator, about to fall off.
