This part was laying on the bottom pan and I found it when I dropped the pan.

I have no idea where it goes.

Take it to your Ford dealer and ask them where it goes,might even be able to see it on a car.

It Ian air deflector that clips on to the receiver dryer of the actual condenser to help air flow threw the cooling module

I had the delivering dealer do some work and they must have knocked or left it off.

Does it clip on to a tube or hose? Also is it vertical or horizontal in position?

I looked around and could not see a hose of the correct diameter for the clips.

Can it be seen from the top? If yes, any chance you grab a picture?

It clips to the receiver dryer I removed mine when I installed the inner cooler for the supercharger . I had my bumbed cover off at the time . You might be able to get it back in place by removing the lower filler panel under the bumbed .It is mounted in a horizontal position
