Anyone know what part this is?

I could have posted this in the body section, but I figured it will get more eyes here. Does anyone happen to know what part this is or what it is called? I was under my car yesterday and mine is cracked in half... somehow. Not sure how it happened, but it looks like it's some kind of cover or reinforcement for something.

Just looking for the name of what that cover might be or the part # so I can order a new one.

You led me to the right area. I looked up under fuel system and found this. It's #4 on the diagram. #5 is the driver side one.
