Anyone know what this clip is?

Here's a couple of pics of a clip I found on my driver's side footwell today.

I recently just got the car back from repair. The brake lights were not working and they had to replace the BCM "body control module".

I'm hoping they didn't forget to clip a panel back on or something.

Edit: I found another clip in my door pocket today...

That is a wire loom clip that Ford has used for years to tie back looms. It clips on the "Hard Shell" connector, The plastic connectors joining two looms. That one has never been installed in a body hole as I can see, so it may be one that was extra, or it fell off the hard shell when they were laying out the loom for installation.

I was going to say it's the squeak eliminator clip. Now after servicing, it will squeak.
