With the 9.5:1 CR, it will feel a little doggy until the boost starts cranking in. Just be aware. Dyno #'s will be 50-70whp less than a 12:1 boosted setup with similar parts/tune etc.I tried using the search function and its coming up with no results. I have one currently being installed. How is it running ? Who tuned it?
Well, since most people focus on that big dyno number, it was just a warning mostly.Hey Cory, he's on a gen2 so it's dropping from 11 not 12.
Also, if the tuner knows how to calibrate the torque-to-load and load-to-torque tables then there will be no difference in part-throttle torque response.
There are at least a couple of gen3 9.5/1 aluminator dyno results on youtube if you care to check them out.
