Just noticed this the other day on my '23 M1. The large wiring harness coming out the top prevents the panel from being moved and fitting flush. Anyone else have this?

YES!!!

2022 2.3L HPP. The amplifier for the B&O stereo is behind that panel. The wire bundle forces it out of position and it interferes with the dead pedal. It’s annoying!!!

Good to know. I can't believe they couldn't get the panel fitment better than that! I cant even move the harness because there is no slack.🤦‍♂️

Carefully trim and reshape the panel with a Dremel tool and sand the edges with 300 grit sandpaper. It should look factory when done.
