On the left is Base aka Alt 0 aka "shift character configuration 0 (normal drive) and right is Drag aka Sand aka Alt 2 aka "shift character configuration" 2 (drag mode)

Drag pulls little too no timing and base pulls as much as needed to only allow 391 engine torque

Very interesting. I’ll definitely check that out I hadn’t even given this tables a second look. Everything the I’ve done has been under the torque management tab in the engine Tab.

I believe I figured out how to pull timing on the shifts. my most recent datalog shows timing dropping down from 22-ish to around 6 or 7 degrees on the shift. Again I'm just trying to prolong the life of my trans. I'm sure et would be affected, but I'm not really tracking the car right now so I'm not too worried about it. this was the setting I modified. in the lower right hand corner:

I looked at the torque modulation settings in the trans section, but wanted to try this first as this appeared to be much less complicated. Also torque modulation is currently disabled in my tune and I was concerned that enabling it could potentially open a new can of worms
