Any one else not like the reverse light?

I like it because it isn't integrated into the tail lights. It gives them a cleaner look.

This video shows the reverse light in action. I'm not extremely excited by it's placement, it's a little too low. Might be overlooked during the day... like if you're backing out of a space that you can't see from, and some jackhole isn't paying attention and doesn't see the light and won't stop or slow down in the parking lot.
I'll be honest, I'm a tad concerned about this as well. I will say, however, that I love the look. :love:

On related note, I'll check out the BRZ forums to see if this is really something to be concerned about. They seem to be doing fine with their reverse light placement though.

I slightly agree about that. But usually if you're cautious enough about backing out, you shouldn't have a problem with a jackhole that doesn't see your reverse light.

People are so oblivious anyway that a strobe and siren could be attached to the back and they'd still hit you.

Love the look, worry about the visibility. Can't they have the high mounted centre brake light go from red to white when reversing? Seems this would be a smart global standard.
