I've heard rumors both ways. We won't know for sure until the order banks open on the 18th.So rumor has it there is no allocation, it's basically if you want one you can get one. So why would any dealer choose to have an ADM if there is no "limited supply"
+1Waiting for all the specs and pricing. Will replace my fully built mid-travel 4Runner at some point. Ideally it'll be able to tow an aluminum enclosed trailer for the GT350 track days.
That's a solid setup - would you mind sharing more details on it? Is that a 24' trailer? How much does the trailer weigh? Are you using a WDH? How does it do in the hills and passing semis?+1
It better be able too, otherwise i'll keep the old one.
The trailer weighs approx 3200 #. It's a 20' model with an extra 4' V. It's also 12" higher than standard. 5000 # axles, carrying capacity close to 7000 #. I have not had any issues passing semis or on hills, but i have not driven really long drives with the Raptor towing it. If i were going more than 150 or so miles away i'd get a WDH for it. My daughter moved out to Calgary (approx 2000 miles away) last year and towed the trailer fully loaded with a Ecoboost F150 and didn't have any problems at all. That's a solid setup - would you mind sharing more details on it? Is that a 24' trailer? How much does the trailer weigh? Are you using a WDH? How does it do in the hills and passing semis?
Sorry for all the questions - I haven't seen many reviews of folks using Raptors to pull enclosed car haulers.
