Antigravity battery in 2020-2022 Shelby GT500?

Are any of you GT500 guys/gals using an Antigravity battery? I see they are fairly popular with the S550 platform.

Yowza, thats a pricey battery.

Yep, make sure it is charged completely with a charger before installing. I only use it for track events and promptly replace it after an event.

But they work and they save a boat load of weight.

Only way I could see this being worthwhile is for extreme weight removal for race days. Price wise it doesn’t make sense for a daily or garage queen.

Where significant weight reduction is needed, it is the easiest and cheapest option.

There is a cheaper version… I shed off 30 lbs.
I gave up beer…!!!
While I will concede that it was NOT the easiest however.

This is definitely falling into that category. At this point, its the cheapest way to shed about 25lbs.

I explored that option. I currently weigh 160lbs and am afraid there wouldn't be much left of me 30lbs down
