Another X-plan question

Looking at a v6 051A and received my x-plan quote. It has my vehicle price at $25,102 + $900 for destination and delivery totaling at $26,002.

Also on the X-plan quote is a fuel charge, $33.44 and a Advertising Assessment charge of $398! What are those charges for?

It was my understanding that no other fees would be charged and would like some opinions before I go to the dealer.

Pretty sure that those are part of the costs that the dealer pays that shows on the invoice side(x-plan) vs retail which doesnt have those charges passed along in the msrp

Those aren't additional fees, the delivery fee is something everyone pays and it's listed on the sticker price. The advertising fee and fuel charge are also normal. The X Plan price is just showing you a breakdown of everything that you are paying. Nothing is hidden in the price and the rules and price are set by Ford.
