About 20 years ago I was able to get my father a 66 GTO .So that we could restore it together ,all he talked about to me as a kid was this car he used to have ,how it was his favorite muscle car ,was blue had the tri power carb set up .how he had it special ordered from the factory ,best car he ever owned .Unfortunately he sold it ,before his first ex wife .so it was quest for me to find him His dream car again. We got about half way through the project on the one that I got him but sadly he sold it for hospital bills because of my mother's health conditions...Still hope back in 2006 I was able to pick a 67 Pontiac. Not a gto but lemans for myself, my plan is just to get it all done myself and give it to him .Just feel fighting against time ,hate to lose him before I could finish this project. I think it's special you were able to give your dad your mustang .one of the better things I have heard in awhile.

Is the clutch engagement point at the top for anyone else as well? That’s the only issue I have so far.
