Sunday I spent 3 hours detailing my new baby...DIB really popped after clay baring...and and some Nasty Boys wax made her really shine.

But I've got to say that the design of the body spaces and especially in those Black Wheels (which I now love)....it is SO easy to wax and detail.

Your fingers can reach almost every spot on the wheels.

The spaces between body panels are also easy to wipe out. Only a couple of spots like around the Pony emblem did I need the tooth brush.

The surfaces of the black ground effects plastics are super easy to make a pass on.
Reaching everything on the car is also a breeze.

Thanks you designers if by accident or by design.... it all makes keeping our Stangs clean and polish ups much much easier.

Thanks GStang! I'm a detailing nut so that's good to hear. So the clay bar pulled some smutz outta the paint?

i have to agree - designers did a great job all around with this car, i don't know if any of it was accidental. i think there was just a whole lotta thought put into the design of the car.

As for the finish it looked good but a little dull....NOT SO DULL NOW!
It was first time using the clay bar...found a site on youtube that walked me though it...piece of cake. AND yes...it made a difference at least with that color.

Pics coming soon.

Ok guys...this after the Clay Baring job I did..Also check out the sweet exhaust tips for Ford Racing/Borla...and the Sho and Stow license plate holder.

Single stripe with a pin strip (think Cobra) being installed as we speak. This is the cloth ceramic interior...Very nice I think.

NICE!! DIB was my first choice but I ended being pulled to the Guard side. Also is that the axle back or cat back exhaust? If cat back please post a video of the exhaust sound if you can!! :)

I have the ford racing sport cat back ready to be mounted up and I just want to hear what it sounds like on the EB before I install.
