Installed the cradle lockout kit. The verticals links and toe rods will go in next when my FR half shafts get here tomorrow. You need a small diameter bar to manipulate the cradle into place (the instructions detail this - I used a long 1/2" extension). I installed my kit with my axle back left in place, removing the axle back would make the install a little easier IMHO. Supplied Instructions are good, install is straight forward, and part quality is excellent. Can't wait to finish and try it out :D

Just received my FR half shafts, in the box is this note - I guess this is the change notice that people were talking about:

I would love to see what these jacking rails look like. Why is the first I've heard of them?
Lol

FOCK!!! :headbonk: Right half shaft is missing the retaining clip / circlip. How the hell do they miss that? Its not like the circlip can just fall off. Both Ford racing and G-force have bankers hours, so I guess I'm stuck for now :frusty:

I believe they just released them and I ordered right away. They do add some unwanted weight but I want the extra convenience and I'm sure the quality will be excellent like everything else they make

http://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=products&productid=1564

I agree, their quality is beautiful. Thanks to you I'm out ANOTHER couple hundred! Just ordered them lol.

I have been having to drive my car on to pieces of 2x12 to get it off the ground enough to slide the arms of my lift under the car (before and after lowering springs) and these will be a godsend! Just slide the arms under the rails and Bobs your uncle :)

Thanks again, I think

Jaime

UPDATE - Ford is supposed to be shipping me a circlip overnight. They told me not to remove and use the stock circlip. I haven't pulled the stock shaft out yet so I don't know if there is something different (I assume it would be the same)...

BMR Toe rod question

Anyone know which way the rod spacers should face on the BMR toe rods or it doesn't matter? The pic below is the drivers side and the right side of the pic is towards the front of the car (meaning I have the shorter spacer towards the front of the car):

Technically it doesn't matter, but the "correct" way to do it is to have the longer/wider spacer on the front side.
