android auto,no guidage vocal

last year, we installed android auto on my mustang 2016 because i don't have navigation. i have a samsung galaxy a5 (2017) phone, everything worked fine. this year, i no longer have voice guidance if I listen to the radio update sync and phone are done

Everything is as update to date as it can be? Phone, AA and Sync?
If you can , uninstall AA and reinstall, and/or clear the cache of AA

also, make sure AA is not in Mute Mode... tapping the speaker you should have 3 options, Mute, Alerts only and unMute
