When I first got my delivery of the entire ADS line, there were products that I had a good idea about, Amplify for example. But it’s Pilot that grabbed my attention the most, that scent is unlike any detailing product I had used. I know scent is subjective, but Pilot without the scent would still impress.
Agree on the scent, I can’t really put my finger on what it is but it’s nice.

Also, if you like coconut, give the Ethos interior detailer a try. A lovely coconut scent but it doesn’t linger for days either. Does a nice job as well, doesn’t leave any film or residue behind

I asked ADS and Bradley replied with Pilot being "spiced pear" scented.

As for Ethos QID, I love it!

Would you believe I did the same.
I CAN believe it :) great minds think alike :) I do love Inner QD though, so it doesn't hurt my feelings to use it. I think its a draw as to the effectiveness. Just the Pilot scent is nicer, the lemony scent of Inner QD is a bit strong..

Spiced pear, huh. I’ll have to give it another sniff. It is truly delightful

I feel the same way; I have a gallon of Bead Maker and a gallon of Adams Slick and Slide to use.

Damnit @kilobravo i don’t need another product in my cabinet. I have plenty of Elixir and Bead Maker to last me a long time…. 😣

Nothing wrong with either, so rock on with those and give Amplify a try later on. ADS seem to be very proactive with formula updates, so waiting isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Thanks D, I can now breathe a sigh of relief. :)

Ok, I follow DFB’s advice.
Also read user experience from other posters.
The red car nearly glows nuclear using Beadmaker and Reset.
Blue vert repels water and glistens like a jewel with NV Boost V2.
Especially happy with both.

I don’t buy a product until I’ve used all the existing one.

The whole internet telling me to try Amplify.

Objectively, what will I notice from Amplify over my existing products?

I do realize that my buying habits might make others feel the need to throw away their current products for whatever I'm liking at that moment. I get a kick out of trying different products, but that doesn't necessarily mean what you are using is not good enough. I still love Bead Maker and Slick-n-Slide, Bead Maker in particular is the gloss and slickness leader that I love using.

I kinda touched on this in the previous post, but the main claim to fame for Amplify is the easier wipe off, as in it seems to flash away quicker and with less towel work compared to Bead Maker and even Boost. For something like Boost, this would be incremental, but more pronounced with Bead Maker. I'd say Bead Maker still holds a gloss and slickness advantage.

Agree with D, super easy to apply and will not streak (so long as you don’t use way too much). I have not used Bead Maker so can’t compare to that one, but it’s probably the slickest one I’ve used and right up there with gloss. Definitely slicker than Adams Detail Spray and Ethos Finish Shine, which were my previous go-to’s. Much better application than those two also

Amplify, the main selling point is ease of use. It does wipe on and off extremely easy. And gloss and slickness are right up there. Bead maker is way to finicky for me. Does it shine and make gloss insane, yes. But too fiddly to use for me. I still have a 32 oz bottle left from a gallon I bought 6 years ago, that shows how often I use it... I do love Boost as well especially V2. With Amplify, I simply walk around and spritz the whole car with it at one go (in the shade of course) then go over every inch with a drying towel and it wipes off with no fuss at all. Smells good too :)
