I think you should be shopping in the $50k plus price range. I don't see what you're talking about at all.Here are some pics of what I'm talking about. Wondering if anyone else has the same thing and just hasn't noticed yet (in which case you're about to hate me for bringing it up!).
You can see the reflection of the 3rd brake light on the glass is off. Also notice how the seam is different at the top where the glass edge meets the roof. You can see how it's higher on one side...
Typically I'm a live and let live kind of guy, but I must admit that I'm irritated that some people complain about this kind of thing and then I end up paying more for a car because Ford has to pay for someone to mess with it. I thought I was getting a cheap performance vehicle, not perfection.
on edit: I am not criticizing the original poster. That misalignment might be worse. The photo doesn't give me the perspective to judge.
