I got one uneven fender to front bumper seam that is not too noticeable because of the color, but I know its there and I wish I was brave enough to tackle the job. Have any of you the same issue and is it fixable under warranty if I dont wish to do it mysslf?

The dealer wont even blink an eye, they will handle that on Fords dime.

The dealership I bought from is 230 miles away, can my local dealer take care of it?

I had the tire off and the wheel well cover off and it was super easy to get to lol. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to take the front fascia off lol.

I was doing it on ramps with tire on, removing tire would be very simple
There is a write up on how to remove on lethal performance site for their grill delete.

Gotta love Fords Quality Control. I saw so many "defects" on various Mustangs on the dealer lot. Even the one I ended up buying had very minor (almost unnoticeable) issues with the rear bumper cover and how it matches to the rear fenders. The lines are straight from the sides but if you look closely from the back, it seems like the bumper cover bows out a tiny tiny bit on each side. Not even worth fixing for me.

Probably the worst defect I saw was on a white Mustang at the dealer. Can't remember if it was a GT or not. Basically, the passenger side headlight was so sunken in that you could see past the edge of the front bumper cover (which would normally be covered by the headlight).

One issue that I noticed on mine after the fact that has really been bothering me ever since (isn't that always the case!) is my rear fastback glass. It is not sitting completely flat in the frame. It's as if they put too much caulk on the passenger side than on the drivers side so that it sits slightly higher on that side. It's not very noticeable until you notice it. The reason I noticed it was that I got my windows tinted and while checking out the job, I noticed that the reflection of the 3rd brake light on the glass seemed off. Upon closer inspection, I could clearly see the window wasn't flat. Not sure what to do about it. Worried that having Ford "fix" it may actually cause damage to the window or paint...

Here are some pics of what I'm talking about. Wondering if anyone else has the same thing and just hasn't noticed yet (in which case you're about to hate me for bringing it up!).

You can see the reflection of the 3rd brake light on the glass is off. Also notice how the seam is different at the top where the glass edge meets the roof. You can see how it's higher on one side...
